Some recent highlights for Emerson Real Estate Group include:

  • Being a partner in the development of the Panorama Village Shopping Centre in Surrey, a structure that is well recognized for its architecture and ambience.
  • A joint venture in the development of the third phase of Annacis Business Park. This was negotiated between the property owner and investor, and resulted in 152 acres of acquired land. Within 14 months, Annacis Business Park was subdivided and sold.
  • The purchase and rezoning of 1.8 acres in Annacis Business Park in order to accommodate a Tim Horton’s/Wendy’s facility, which was then sold to the facility's operator.
  • The rezoning of the Brights Wines property in Surrey, which was then sold and developed as an industrial park.
  • The development of Campbell Heights Business Park, a property which totalled 209 acres of net saleable land that was so well received with strong sales activity that all of the property was sold within 2 years of the development being serviced. EREG was involved in all facets of the development of this property, from initial rezoning through to the servicing and sale of the lots.
  • Development of the Kingswood Industrial Park being approximately 2,000,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and office space. This development is recognized as the pre-eminent logistics park in the lower mainland.
