Current Projects:

Kingswood Industrial Park in Richmond, a 116 acre site which went through the municipal process during the 1990s has been marketed and developed. There now exists almost 2,000,000 square feet of warehouse and office space with one remaining site to be developed. A number of build-to-suit projects, including the Hudson’s Bay distribution centre and Ingram Micro’s facility, make up part of the development. Other tenants include Telus, Purolator Courier, Direct Transport, Fed Ex Ground, Tech Data, Bunzl Canada and ATS.

Seymour Creek Village is a 45 acre shopping centre development in North Vancouver which is currently in the design stage. This development will be a lifestyle centre featuring a wide variety of retail outlets.
